ARE DOCTORS AVAILABLE FOR TELEPHONE SUPPORT?

If a patient does not wish to use video during the consultation, they may connect to our platform with their camera disabled. The same doctors who are available for teleconsultations are also available for telephone support through our certified platform.

Of course, a key condition is that the doctor handling the case deems that video is not necessary. Clearly, for specialties such as an online Dermatologist, this is not possible. On the other hand, it is fully acceptable for cases where a patient is seeking, for example, online Psychiatric support.
